If available and in stock, all non-machine orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed

Machine orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days depending on availability. If you have any questions regarding shipping information, please contact us at contact@abcsewingmachine.com prior to placing your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We here at ABC are focused on ensuring you get the parts you need with the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to process returns. All returns must be returned in their original unused condition and with original packaging in order to receive a full refund.

For orders returned due to our error (sending wrong part), the return shipping will be covered. For all other returns, customers will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
