The KS-AU Series, Straight knife cloth cutting machine with automatic abrasive belt sharpening system, is the most popular cutting machine in the garment industry. It is suitable for cutting all kinds of fabrics from thin materials to thick materials.

Its features include:
Motor - Made in Japan. It assures smooth cutting operation with excellent cutting power and low motor temperature.
Automatic Oil Lubrication Device - Oil can by supplied automatically from the oil reservoir to the guide metals and cross head. A specially designed internal oil guard keeps other internal parts clean.
Automatic Sharpening Device - There is an abrasive belt sharpening device included with the machine. Just press down on the lever and the blade will be sharpened to maintain the sharpest edge on the blade.
Standard - Thinner and Flat type (Standard Model) allows for less resistance to cutting by placing the material on a lower level. The longer blade strokes also make cutting very smooth.
Base Plate - Is low to the surface and is coated to ensure smoothness. Any materials being cut pass along smoothly while increasing efficiency and productivity.
Standard Options - Fan guard and starting switch cover are included, keeping safety in mind.
Options - Has a knife guard plastic cover that encases the knife, ensuring it will not get in the way of cutting high and low stacks.
